This is How We Roll
Spend 90 minutes through guided myofascial rolling and stretching. Kate Hildyard, LMBT, C-IAYT, and owner of BodyTalk Health will help you stretch, roll, and self massage your whole body with the proven This Is How We Roll method.
This workshop comes around twice a year and sells out every time. You are guaranteed to feel better than when you came in.
If you have your own yoga mat you are encouraged to bring it.
Open to anyone 16 and older.

Our partners at Uplift Pelvic Health & Performance will be taking over the 9am class time to bring you FREE information!
In this first seminar we'll discuss all the tips and tricks to staying dry during moments of impact. (Jumping anyone?)

Kitten Yoga!!
Enjoy an hour of easy flow yoga with KITTENS! Adoptable kittens will join in the fun and add the extra shot of dopamine we all need right now. Kate Hildyard, owner of BodyTalk Health will expertly guide us (while we aren't distracted) through the class.
Open to ages 10 and up.
$30 per person.
Proceeds to benefit Piedmont Animal Rescue.
